Pin it!

I think along with the networking possibilities mentioned in chapter 2, you should also consider http://www.pinterest.com/.  This site is by invitation only.  If you get an invitation through facebook, you can start right away.  If you request an account, it can take up to 3 weeks to get in.  You're able to connect with others who have the same interests as you or just look around and see what's out there.  When you find something you like, you  can repin it for others who follow your interests.  You can also create multiple boards to stay organized.  It's a great site with tons of ideas.  It's basically like the other PLN's we've looked at.  You can participate as much or as little as you like.

  1. I looo-O-oooove Pinterest! I discovered it at the end on last summer and came up with so many great ideas for my classroom!
